Quantities & Your Order Status

Due to overwhelming demand, quantities for some items are limited. Some orders may experience a 1-3 business day delay in shipment. We make every effort to get your packages delivered when you need them most. We appreciate your patience and loyalty. As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

If you have questions, don’t hesitate to call our Customer care hotline at: 1-800-403-0830. We answer all calls live whenever possible.  If you leave a message, some replies may take a little longer than usual.

 

Returns

All returns are held temporarily for 3 days after they are received to sanitize the incoming package. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process. We thank you for your patience.

 

Keeping Our Associates & Customers Safe

Keeping everyone safe remains our top priority. That’s why we’ve taken extra measures to allow only essential personnel like fulfillment, customer service, and inventory teams to continue to operate in our headquarters. All other associates are working remotely to reduce occupancy and interpersonal contact. Within the facility, we have provided free masks, gloves, and hand sanitizers for protection. No outside visitors are currently allowed on our premises.

In addition to safety precautions, we continue to educate and hold our team members accountable for maintaining the highest standards in health and safety within our facilities.
