The Entourage Effect
Similar to the popular term “full Spectrum” is the “entourage effect”. This is a term given to define why some oils or plants with the same concentration of a favorite cannabinoid can deliver vastly different effects. The entourage is the combinations/interactions of the major cannabinoids with the minor cannabinoids along with terpenes, and flavonoids. The entourage being the effect by which an entourage of chemicals are working together to produce. The entourage is currently being left to nature with all its’ variabilities. At the very least the entourage should be defined through chemical analysis so as to best predict effect. The future of the entourage effect is to understand these chemical interactions then design them.
